Jesus Cares Developmental Organisation (JCDO) is a faith-based, non-profit organization committed to transforming lives and communities through the power of the Gospel and sustainable development initiatives. Based in Arua City, Uganda, and operating across West Nile and Northern Uganda, JCDO serves the most vulnerable populations, including refugees, youth, women, and communities in hard-to-reach areas.

Jesus Cares Developmental Organisation was founded in 2019 by Bishop John Matogo Babu, a man with a deep passion for helping the community and improving the well-being of people. With a strong calling to see lives changed and transformed through the power of the Gospel, Bishop Babu established JCDO to provide both spiritual and practical support to those in need. His vision is to uplift communities by addressing social and economic challenges while spreading the message of Jesus Christ. Since its inception, JCDO has grown into a dynamic organization impacting lives across Uganda and beyond.
